The Case:
The lines in your Microsoft Word document are too wide to view within the Word window, so you have to scroll horizontally to read each line. This problem makes you harder to navigate your document. You need to solve this problem with a little tune up.
Tune Up:
You might experience this problem if you’ve formatted your document with wide lines or if you are using a low graphic resolution. First of all, be sure to maximize the Microsoft Word program window and hide any task pane that’s currently displayed. If that does not satisfy you, you can gain a little more window width by choosing View, Full Screen.
If you’re using Normal or Outline view, you can have Word wrap all lines so that they fit within the current window width. To do this, choose Tools, Options, click the View tab, and check the Wrap To Window option in the Outline And Normal Options area near the bottom of the dialog box. Moreover, you can switch to the Web Layout or Reading Layout view. Both of these views always wrap lines so they fit within the window.
In any view, you can scale the size of the text on the screen so that the lines just fit within the width of the window. Please refer to Fast Zooming tune up for more information.
